The field of implementation science and practice is an evolving one. This presentation provides an overview of the learning that indicates the need for an intentional and comprehensive approach to guiding and researching the implementation of evidence-based programs. It outlines the Active Implementation Frameworks designed to provide a roadmap, or diagnostic, to support planning, action, and decision-making in implementation initiatives.
